Plans and conversations
Every plan has every feature and unlimited users and contacts. The only thing that changes is how many conversations a month it covers.

What counts as a conversation
A conversation starts when a customer messages you and lasts 24 hours, the same as Meta's service window. Everything you send back and forth in that time counts once. A campaign message nobody replies to doesn't count.
When you run out
We email you at 80% and again at 100%. After that the AI agent keeps drafting replies for up to 50% extra, then stops until the new month. Your inbox always keeps working, and you can buy extra conversations at €10 per 100.

On the free plan you test the AI agent in the simulator with 100 test replies a month, and you get 50 live conversations on your own number, once. No credit card needed. When you pick a plan later, everything you've set up stays put.
Usage and switching plans
Settings, under Billing, shows what your plan allows and how much of it you're using. That's also where you switch plans. Pay yearly and you get two months free. For Custom, book a call with us.
Message costs: these are separate from your plan. Meta bills them per message, directly to you, and we add nothing on top.
